90 Day Refund Policy

At Curlic, we want you to feel fully confident in trying our hair care products. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases.

Please read the following carefully:

We believe in giving your scalp and follicles enough time to respond to treatment. If you have used the product consistently for 90 days and have not seen results, you are eligible for a full refund under our guarantee.

To qualify:

  • You must provide before-and-after photos (taken at the start and after 90 days of use) to show there has been no visible improvement.
  • You must have followed the usage instructions provided with the product.

This ensures that we can verify your claim and continue improving our products for all women in our community.

If you change your mind or are unsatisfied for other reasons, you may still return your order within 90 days of delivery.

    Returns sent to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will lose your right to a refund.

    1. Deadline: You can return the product within 90 days after receiving the product. If 90 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    2. Condition: The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused (exception of trial usage), and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

    3. Exclusions: When products are in an unacceptable condition, it is not possible to initiate the return process.

    4. Starting the Procedure: If you wish to return a product, send an email to: info@curlic.com with the order number, the reason for the return, possibly a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details. We have a single return address in the Netherlands, so returns to another address are not possible and will not be sufficient for a refund. Returns sent without prior notification will be considered invalid.

    5. Return at Your Own Risk and Cost: Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for lost parcels or those held at customs during the return process.

    6. Track & Trace: Your return must be accompanied by a Track & Trace code, which will be shared with us. This way, we can accurately determine when your return reaches our warehouse, after which we will immediately process the refund. Without a tracking code, we cannot track the shipment, and the right to a refund is void, as we cannot confirm that the order has actually reached us.

    Refund:

    Procedure: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within 5 days.

    Late or Missing Refund

    If more than 5 business days have passed since the return was approved, contact is at info@curlic.com.

    Costs:

    Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended to provide a Track & Trace for the return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. The product must be sent back to the Netherlands. Return shipping costs can vary per country.

    Defective Products: If you have received a defective product, we will always send you a new product free of charge.

    Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
