90 Day Return & Refund Policy
At Curlic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 90-Day Return Policy, giving you ample time to ensure our product is right for you.
1. Return Window
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 90 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
3. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are processed without any handling surcharges.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label in this instance.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days of our confirmation:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
