Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

  • Once the order is placed, we need 1-3 business days to process it. During the week, it usually takes one business day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Once processed, the order is shipped, and delivery typically takes 7-18 business days, depending on the delivery location. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service.

Order Cancellation

Once placed, you can decide within 1 hour to cancel the order. Afterwards the order is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order after 1 hour. If you have any concerns about the product received, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are covered by us for every order. There is no minimum order requirement.
