Delivery Times
Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

• Cut-off time: Orders placed before midnight CET are counted as same-day orders.

• Handling time: We need 1-3 business day to prepare and hand over your order to the courier. (Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.)

• Transit time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-9 business days, depending on your location.

In total, most customers receive their orders within 4-12 business days from purchase.

Order Cancellation

Once placed, you can decide within 1 hour to cancel the order. Afterwards the order is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order after 1 hour. If you have any concerns about the product received, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 90 days of receipt and receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are covered by us for every order. There is no minimum order requirement.
